Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine Titan hood (Part #DS36G) is the black upper housing for the Titan T5 power nozzle. It covers the brush roll and internal drive, directs airflow, and gives the nozzle its finished shell.

A hood that has been cracked by impacts or warped by heat lets the nozzle flex and rattle, throws off brush-roll alignment, and can expose moving parts. Left unaddressed, that flex accelerates wear on the belt, bearings, and motor. A sound replacement hood restores rigidity and proper alignment.
