We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Titan elbow assembly (Part #DS42H) is a replacement for the Titan T5 power nozzle and includes the integrated power cord. The elbow forms the pivoting joint where the wand meets the nozzle and routes electrical power to the motor.
The elbow takes constant twisting stress, so its pivot can crack and the built-in cord can fray internally over time. A failing assembly causes stiff or sloppy steering and intermittent or complete loss of power to the brush roll. Replacing the complete elbow and cord together restores smooth articulation and steady power delivery.
