Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

300 MECHANICAL: features and floor care
The 300 MECHANICAL is a commercial upright for cleaning open carpeted areas with a simple, serviceable design. Its 12-inch head offers a 10.5-inch cleaning path, while a manual height selector lets you adjust the brush for the surface.

Replace the bag when the machine indicates restricted airflow or the bag is full. Switch off and unplug before maintenance; close the bag’s sealing cap before disposal. Bags are disposable and should not be washed or reused.
