Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Tuff Stain tool is the small hand brush supplied with Bissell ProHeat PowerSteamer carpet cleaners, part 2159155, with a three-inch cleaning face. It is what you reach for on stair treads, car seats, sofa cushions and the traffic lane inside the front door, anywhere the full-size head cannot reach or should not go.
Bristles are what goes first. After enough scrubbing they splay outward and lose their stiffness, and a flattened brush skates over a stain instead of working solution down into the fibre. The plastic body also cracks around the hose collar, which shows up as suction that has quietly gone out of the tool.
