We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Where the individual pieces are past saving, part 0159043 replaces the whole thing. This is the complete tank-in-tank assembly for the Bissell 1698, supplied as bladder, tank bottom and lid together, so a machine with a cracked lid and a tired bladder is sorted in one order rather than three.
It is the usual choice for a deep cleaner that has been stored badly or dropped. Brittle plastic tends to fail in more than one place at once, and chasing individual leaks on a tank that old rarely ends after the first part.
