We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
The neck coupling is the joint between the upper handle tube and the body of a commercial upright, and this is the replacement, part B223-4214. It fits the Clean Max ZM800 and Titan T500 and the Tornado commercial uprights built on the same chassis.
Everything you do to the machine goes through this joint. Push, pull, steer, tilt it back, stand it up: the coupling carries all of it, and it is usually the first structural part to crack on a vacuum that has been dropped down a stairwell or leaned on hard. The warning signs are a handle that feels loose and vague, a creak when you change direction, and a machine that will not stay locked upright.
A new coupling makes the handle solid again. Worth catching early, because a fully broken one takes the wiring at the joint with it.
