We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. HC in the Complete C3 HC Electro+ stands for HomeCare, Miele's channel for canister vacuums sold through independent specialty dealers rather than big-box retail, and the Electro+ designation places it among the more fully equipped machines in that channel. It is a bagged canister vacuum on the same C3 platform as the rest of the range.
Buying through the HomeCare channel is less about the machine looking different and more about who stands behind it after the sale.
