Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the Hall sensor idler assembly, part D375-1400, from the Fuller Brush FBP-14PWBP. It also fits the Maytag M700 and the Riccar and Simplicity R10P and R10S. The unit carries the belt idler and the Hall-effect sensor together, so the part that tensions the belt is also the part that reports whether the brush roll is turning.

That pairing is why one failure looks like two. A worn idler lets the belt slip and the brush roll slow down, the sensor reports what it sees, and the machine flags a brush roll fault or shuts the drive down, so the warning light and the loss of agitation arrive at the same moment.

Note how the sensor lead is routed before taking the old unit out, and reconnect it exactly the same way.
