We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM Hoover agitator end cap wheel fits Hoover models 91, 913, and 918. The end cap wheel mounts on the end of the brush roll, capping the agitator and riding against the nozzle to help set the roll's height over the floor.
As the end cap wheel wears flat or cracks, the brush roll can drop or chatter, throwing off bristle contact and letting the agitator run rough. A fresh end cap wheel re-seats the roll at its correct height so the bristles meet the carpet evenly and turn quietly.
