We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 09-75715-05 is the plate that closes off the bottom of the cleaning head on the Hoover CH50200 and CH50300, and the same part is cross-referenced to the Oreck U2000EB and U2000RB-1.

How squarely the head sits on the floor comes down to this plate's condition, since it forms the sealed underside the head rides on. Once it cracks or warps, the head stops sitting flat, so pickup falls away along one edge and grit works into the gap the plate is meant to close. A plate that no longer sits tight can also rattle audibly while the machine runs.

Check the plate whenever the machine starts leaving scuff marks on hard floors, sounds different than it used to, or the head no longer glides evenly across the carpet; any of those can point to a plate that no longer holds its original shape.

It installs as a direct swap for the original plate, so no drilling, filing or trimming is needed to fit it in place. Wipe down the surrounding housing before you fit the new plate so grit already on the machine does not get trapped underneath it.
