Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Kirby base pan assembly (Part #604301S) is the factory-manufactured underside housing for the Diamond and Gen 7 machines. It fits the Kirby ULTIMATE G, DIAMOND EDITION, and SENTRIA, forming the base that holds the nozzle components in alignment.

A cracked or warped base pan throws off the fit of the parts it carries, which can disrupt airflow at the nozzle and cause uneven contact with the floor. Left in service, a damaged pan stresses the components mounted to it. A sound assembly restores proper alignment and a solid foundation.
