We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
This is the belt lifter body for the Kirby Ultimate G and Diamond Edition, supplied as an assembly with the lever and label already fitted, part 159204. The belt lifter is the mechanism that raises the drive belt clear of the motor shaft so you can change a belt or free the nozzle without fighting the machine.
Kirby belt lifters fail predictably. The lever goes vague, the lifter no longer holds the belt clear, and the belt drops back onto the shaft while you are working. A cracked body also lets the lever sit at the wrong angle, so it never fully engages however carefully you set it.
Because it arrives assembled, fitting it is a straight swap rather than a rebuild: no transferring the lever across, no scavenging a label from the old casting.
