We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These are the small clips that hold the motor housing together on a Kirby Gen 3, sold five to a pack as part 233100A. The same clip runs across a long stretch of the line: GEN 3, G4, G5, GSIX, ULTIMATE G, SENTRIA, Sentria II, AVALIR, AVALIR 2 and AVALIR PLATINUM.
Clips like these are what fail first on a machine that has been opened up a few times. The plastic loses its spring, a tab breaks off, and the housing halves no longer pull together tightly. That shows up as a rattle or a buzz at speed, and as a housing that will not stay properly closed once it has been serviced.
Five in a pack covers a full set with a spare, which is the right way to do it. Fitting one new clip alongside four tired ones usually just moves the problem to the next clip along.
