We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Complete 7.5-foot hose assembly for the Kirby Ultimate G and Diamond Edition, part 223602S - hose, machine end and tool end supplied as one piece, so there is nothing to salvage off the old one.
Kirby hoses fail from the inside out. The reinforced wall gets flexed at the same two points for years and eventually a pinhole or a split opens somewhere along the run. What you notice is a tool that has gone weak for no visible reason, or a faint whistle that follows the hose when you move it. Cracked end fittings do the same thing at the joints.
Fit the machine end to the blower port, connect a wand or tool at the other end, and the attachment system is back to full strength. This assembly is the Ultimate G and Diamond Edition version.
