We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Kirby latch assembly bottom plate (Part #640689A) protects the underside of the machine and helps hold proper brush-roll height. It fits Gen 3 and a broad Kirby lineup, from the HERITAGE and LEGEND series through the SENTRIA and AVALIR models.

A cracked or warped bottom plate lets debris escape from beneath the machine and can throw off brush-roll contact with the carpet, reducing cleaning efficiency. Replacing the plate seals the underside again and returns the brush roll to its intended height.
