We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Kirby left trim strip (Part #630901, model Ultg/de) fits the Kirby ULTIMATE G and DIAMOND EDITION. Mounted along the left side of the cover shell, it protects the housing edge and gives the machine a finished outline.
The left trim strip absorbs repeated knocks against furniture and walls, and over time it cracks, peels, or disappears entirely. Once it is gone the shell edge scratches easily and the vacuum looks worn. A new strip covers the edge again and restores the like-new look.
