Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Kirby lock ring and bearing retainer (Part #101076A) is sold ten to a pack and fits the Kirby Classic III 2CB. The ring seats against the motor bearing to hold it square and keep it from drifting under vibration.
A missing or distorted retainer lets the bearing shift, which shows up as added noise, play in the shaft, or premature bearing wear. Because these small rings are easy to lose during a rebuild, keeping spares on hand prevents a stalled repair. A correct retainer holds the bearing firmly in position.
