We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Rug Renovator is Kirby's carpet shampooing attachment, and this is the renovator tray from the Generation 3 kit, part 304701S. The tray is the base of the whole attachment: it mounts to the machine, holds the shampoo assembly and rides on the carpet as you work.
What usually ends a tray is a crack. Solution finds the split and runs out where it should not, the attachment sits at the wrong angle to the floor, or the latch points break and it will no longer stay mounted. None of that is repairable with any confidence once the plastic has aged.
This tray fits the Kirby Generation 3, the Ultimate G and the Diamond Edition. If you are rebuilding an older Rug Renovator kit, check the tray against yours first, because the tray differs between generations.
