We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Five switch bezels for the Kirby Ultimate G series, part 610001S, also catalogued as K-610001 and 610089. The bezel is the trim frame around the power switch on the upper housing - it takes the knocks so the switch does not, and it is the first thing you see every time you reach for the machine.
Bezels crack. They break during handle service, they split at the mounting posts from vibration, and once one lets go the switch sits proud in a ragged opening and starts collecting grit. Nothing stops working, which is why they get left broken for years.
They fit the Generation 3, G4, G5 and Ultimate G, along with the Diamond Edition. The five-count pack is aimed at a bench that sees Kirbys regularly, since a bezel is easy to break on the way back together.
