Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A complete brush roll for the Bissell 1699 ProHeat deep cleaner, part 2101128, supplied as an assembly rather than a bare shaft so the end fittings come with it.
In a carpet cleaner the roll does the actual scrubbing; the water and formula only loosen what the bristles then work out of the pile. Bristles wear short and lie over, and once that happens the machine wets the carpet without really cleaning it, leaving traffic lanes still grey after a pass. Hair wrapped tight at the ends adds drag, and a roll that squeals or stalls under load is usually bound up rather than short of motor.
It fits the 1620, 1694-3, 1699-1, 7901, 7920, 7950, 8804, 8806, 8806-8, 8910 and 9E00. Clear the wound-on hair each time you empty the tank and the new roll will hold its bristle shape far longer.
