Bissell Electrical Wiring H...

Product details

This wiring harness is a replacement for the internal power wiring on the Bissell ProHeat steamer, part number 2104446, supplied as a complete assembly rather than as loose lengths of wire.

Because these machines work around water and get hauled in and out of storage repeatedly, the insulation and connectors take real wear over the years. A worn or corroded harness usually shows up as intermittent power, a machine that cuts out while running, or one that has stopped getting power at all. Those symptoms overlap with several other electrical faults, so it is worth pulling the connectors and looking for corrosion, heat discoloration, or a pin that has backed out of its housing before condemning a larger part.

  • Fits: Bissell 1620, 1685, 1693, 1697.
  • Part: electrical wiring harness, part number 2104446.
  • Replace when: the machine loses power intermittently, trips a breaker, or will not power on.
  • Before installing: unplug the machine completely, and label each connector as you unplug it so the new harness goes back the same way.

Match your model number to 1620, 1685, 1693, or 1697 before ordering, and photograph the original wiring before you remove anything.
