Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details
The left-hand agitator holder end plate for the Hoover 913, part 41436501, which also fits the 91 and 918 uprights. It caps one end of the agitator and holds the brush roll square in the nozzle.
End plates wear from the inside, where the brush roll shaft turns against them, and the wear is gradual enough that you hear it long before you see it. The roller starts running noisy, then sits low at one end, then rides against the housing and scrubs a bright line into the plastic. Belt tracking goes off at the same time, because the roller is no longer parallel to the shaft driving it.
This is the left plate only. If the roller feels rough at both ends, order the right-hand plate with it, since replacing one side of a worn pair just moves the play along.
