We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Hoover's PortaPower canisters carry their paper bag behind a hinged door, and this is that door, part 42227039, the one used on the 1015 and 2094 machines. Fitment runs through the S1015 family, including the S1015030, S1015031, S1015032, S1015033 and S1015075, along with the C2093, C2094, CH30000, S1029, S1049, S1049060, S104922, S1075060 and S7065.

The door takes the abuse of every bag change plus whatever the shoulder strap swings it into. The latch tab snaps or the hinge post shears, and after that it will not stay shut: dust puffs out at the seam, the bag can shift off its collar, and air that should be pulling through the bag leaks in around it instead.

A sound door latches square again and makes bag swaps clean rather than a two-handed job.
