We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.
Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM bag retainer spring holds the outer cloth bag securely to the body of the Oreck XL9300 series upright. Its tension keeps the bag anchored so it stays sealed against the fill tube during operation.
A spring that has broken or lost tension lets the bag detach or sag, which reduces suction and releases dust as air bypasses the seal. Fitting a fresh spring returns a firm hold and a clean, sealed bag.
