Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Lose the dusting brush clip and the tool ends up in a drawer, which is the surest way to stop using it altogether. Part 5460GS is the gray black mounting clip, screw included, that holds dusting brush 1387GS on the body of SEBO's AUTOMATIC X and ESSENTIAL G uprights.
Fitment runs right across both families: the AUTOMATIC X1, X2, X4, X4 Boost, X5, X7 Premium, X7 Pet and X8, together with the ESSENTIAL G1, G2, G4 and G5. SEBO places the clip at position 53 in the ESSENTIAL G4/G5 parts diagram, described there as the mounting clip with screw in gray black. One screw into the existing boss holds it to the machine, so a screwdriver is the whole toolkit and the swap takes about a minute.
The clip is molded plastic, and it is the part that gives before the brush does. Every time the tool is pulled off, the arms flex a little wider; eventually the grip goes slack or a leg cracks at the root. That is why SEBO stocks it on its own rather than only bundled with a brush. Match the number rather than the outline when ordering, since the AIRBELT K and E canisters use a similar-looking clip under 6694GS and the 300, 350 and 370 uprights use 1081GS.
Worth checking while you have the screwdriver out: the boss the clip mounts to should be clean and undamaged, since a clip pulled down onto grit sits crooked and loses its grip again within months. If the dusting brush itself has gone thin or splayed, 1387GS is the tool this clip is built around, and the two are commonly replaced together on a machine that has seen a decade of use.
