Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 1-1/4" metal-banded central vacuum hose cuff in black is the connector end that joins your CV hose to wall inlets, wands, and power-nozzle necks. The metal band crimps securely over the hose, giving a durable, airtight grip that plastic-only cuffs cannot match. Part #49204.

This is the non-swivel (fixed) version, ideal as a direct repair for cracked or stripped cuffs where rotation is not required. The standard 1-1/4" diameter fits the vast majority of central vacuum hoses, wands, and accessories.
