    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This 12-inch magnet (Part #18) mounts under the front bumper of 12" commercial upright vacuums to catch ferrous debris before it reaches the brushroll. As the machine moves forward, the bar grabs staples, paper clips, pins, and small nails off the carpet, protecting the brush bristles and motor from jams and damage. It is the factory-style bumper magnet for the Clean Obsessed CO12P and the Perfect 12" upright lines.

    • Function: captures staples, pins, and other ferrous metal before they hit the brushroll

    Commercial uprights run over staples and tacks constantly in office and retail settings, and a single staple can wrap a brushroll or score a bearing. Keeping a working bumper magnet in place is cheap insurance for the machine. Replace a missing or weakened magnet with Part #18 (SKU: 18) to keep the front of your 12" upright protected pass after pass.
