    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    NuTone-style central vacuum inlets use a connection geometry that is distinct from the gas-pump and button-lock fittings found on many other systems, and a hose built for one will not seat in another even though all three ultimately connect to the same kind of unit. This kit's 35-foot hose (SKU 11211N) ends in a 1-3/8 inch cuff shaped specifically for a NuTone valve inlet, so it goes in without an adapter on systems built that way.

    A telescopic wand extends and locks to the reach a job calls for, useful for stretching to a high corner in one room and collapsing down for a tight stairwell in the next without carrying a second wand. Four tools handle bare floors, upholstery, dusting, and tight crevice work.

    Check your wall inlet's connection style against this kit before ordering rather than assuming: the valve faceplate or the hose you are replacing will show which standard your system uses, and mixing up the connection style is the most common reason a kit like this gets returned.

    A single 35-foot hose from one inlet typically covers a room and its surrounding area, cutting down on the number of times the hose needs to unplug and move to a different inlet during a full cleaning pass.
