    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This bottom plate assembly with rollers (Part #760011592) is the underside cover for Air-Way upright vacuums AW6500, AW8500, and AW8600. The plate encloses the brush-roll chamber, directs airflow across the agitator, and carries the rollers that let the cleaning head glide smoothly over carpet and hard floors.

    A cracked, warped, or missing bottom plate leads to lost suction at the nozzle, scraping on floors, and an exposed brush roll. Worn rollers make the vacuum harder to push. Replacing the complete plate-and-roller assembly restores a proper air seal and easy maneuverability.
