Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This connector lets you attach round-fitting cleaning tools to a Beam Alliance oval wand, so you can keep using your existing brushes, crevice tools and upholstery attachments instead of replacing the whole set.

The Beam Alliance central vacuum system uses an oval wand profile, while many popular vacuum attachments are built for the standard round connection. This adaptor solves that mismatch in one piece:
