Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the inner cyclone assembly for Bissell 17G5 cyclonic upright vacuum cleaners. The inner cyclone is the cone-shaped core inside the dirt cup that spins incoming air at high speed, flinging dust and debris outward so it drops into the bin while cleaner air passes through to the filter.

A cracked or clogged inner cyclone is a common cause of weak suction and dust blowing back into the room. Swapping in a fresh assembly restores the cyclonic separation that keeps the filter from loading up prematurely and keeps suction strong.
