Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell motor drive belt (MDB) is the replacement belt for the Bissell 3108 (Part #210-0129). The drive belt transfers power from the vacuum's motor to the brush roll, spinning the agitator so it can lift dirt and hair from carpet. A stretched, cracked, or broken belt is the most common reason a brush roll stops turning.

If your Bissell 3108's brush roll has slowed, stopped spinning, or you notice a burning-rubber smell, the drive belt is almost always the culprit. Installing a fresh belt restores proper brush rotation and full carpet-cleaning performance.
