Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Bissell access plate, a replacement panel used to cover and protect an opening on the vacuum housing — typically the underside or base service area where the brush roll, belt, or wiring is accessed for maintenance.

The access plate snaps or screws into place to keep debris and stray fibers out of the internal components while presenting a clean, finished exterior.
