Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Bissell brush base, the molded housing on the underside of the vacuum's cleaning head that holds the brush roll and shapes the suction nozzle against the floor. The brush base positions the spinning brush roll at the correct height and channels airflow from the floor up into the suction path.

A cracked or worn brush base can let the brush roll sit unevenly, cause loss of suction at the floor, or create rattles and gaps that let air leak. Replacing the base restores proper brush-to-floor contact and a tight airflow seal so the vacuum grooms carpet and lifts debris as designed.
