Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell Sole Plate with Screws (Part #160-0780) is the complete lower base panel for CleanView UPT uprights, supplied with the mounting screws needed to install it. The sole plate encloses the brush-roll chamber and channels suction across the floor, forming the sealed path between the nozzle and the suction inlet that drives strong pickup.

  • Type: Sole plate / base bottom plate, screws included
  • Material: Molded plastic plate with fastening hardware
  • Function: Encloses the brush roll and routes airflow into the suction path for a tight seal

This plate fits Bissell CleanView UPT upright models 2410, 3918, and 9595. Because the screws are included, a cracked or worn original can be swapped out in one step (SKU: 160-0780), restoring proper floor contact and eliminating the air leaks that sap suction.
