    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The dirt tank captures and stores dust, hair, and debris pulled in by the vacuum, and a cracked tank, broken latch, or failed bottom-empty door causes loss of suction and dust escaping back into the room.

    This complete black assembly replaces a damaged original and clicks into the CleanView body for a secure fit. It is a tool-free swap that gets your bagless vacuum sealing and emptying cleanly again.
