This genuine Bissell CrossWave dirty water tank assembly (Part #163-4578) fits HydroSteam wet/dry vacuum models in the 3515 series and model 3518. The dirty water tank collects the soiled water, debris, and residue pulled up from your floors during cleaning, keeping that mess separated from the fresh solution supply.
A cracked, cloudy, or poorly sealing recovery tank causes suction loss, leaks, and odor retention. Swapping in this factory-correct assembly restores a clean, tight-sealing reservoir for strong pickup and easy emptying.
