Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine dirty water tank lid (Part #164-0770) is the lid only for the recovery tank on the Bissell CrossWave OmniForce wet-dry floor cleaner. The lid seals the top of the dirty water tank, keeping the recovered water and debris contained while the machine separates clean and dirty fluid. A cracked, warped, or poorly sealing lid leads to leaks, odor, and loss of suction at the tank. This listing covers the lid component on its own, not the complete tank.

As a direct-fit replacement, it seats onto the existing CrossWave OmniForce dirty water tank to restore a tight seal without buying a whole new tank.
