Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell cyclone grille (Part #203-2444) is the slotted screen that sits inside the cyclonic dirt-separation chamber of the vacuum. As air spins through the cyclone, the grille acts as the first line of filtration, blocking larger debris and lint from carrying past the bin while allowing airflow to continue through the system.

Over time the cyclone grille can clog with fine dust and hair, become damaged, or warp, which weakens suction and lets debris slip into the downstream filter. Replacing it restores proper cyclonic separation and protects the rest of the filtration stack.
