    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine Bissell debris door (Part #203-1499) is the hinged bottom flap of the vacuum's dirt cup. It seals the dirt-cup chamber while you vacuum and swings open at the press of a release so you can empty collected dust and debris straight into the trash without reaching inside.

    The debris door relies on its hinge and latch to keep a tight seal during use; a worn, cracked, or poorly latching door can leak debris, lose suction, or refuse to stay shut. A fresh door restores a clean, secure seal and tidy, drop-bottom emptying.
