Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Genuine Bissell dirty water tank with float in black, the recovery container that holds the soiled water and solution pulled back out of your carpet during cleaning. The built-in float assembly automatically shuts off suction when the tank reaches capacity, protecting the motor from overflow and water ingress.

A cracked tank, a broken float, or a worn lid seal can cause leaks and weak suction. Replacing the assembly with this factory part restores a clean, leak-free recovery system.
