Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 164-1364 is the dirty tank bottom for the Bissell Little Green portable spot cleaner, the lower tank body that catches soiled water and debris. Bissell catalogues it as a tank bottom rather than a complete tank assembly, so it is the part to order when the shell itself is what has failed.

The usual reason to replace a tank bottom on its own is a crack or a split in the body from being dropped or knocked around between jobs, which lets recovered water escape before you get a chance to empty it.
