Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bring your Bissell steam mop back to full cleaning power with this genuine replacement foot assembly (Part #203-2651), built for the Bissell PowerFresh 1940 series. The foot is the base plate at the bottom of the mop that holds the cleaning pad against the floor and distributes steam evenly across hard surfaces.

Over time the foot can crack, warp, or lose its grip on the pad, leaving streaks or uneven steam coverage. Installing a fresh foot assembly restores a proper seal and consistent contact with your flooring.
