    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine clean tank receiver (Part #163-4222) is the docking base on the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam upright that the clean water tank seats into. The receiver houses the valve and seal port that opens when the tank is locked in place, channeling fresh solution into the machine. When the receiver is cracked, clogged, or its seal is worn, you'll see leaks at the tank base or solution that won't flow to the spray.

    Replacing the receiver restores a proper seal between the clean tank and the cleaner's solution path, eliminating drips and pressure loss. It installs as a direct-fit part in place of the worn original.
