    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The separator is the cyclonic core of the dirt tank: it spins incoming air to throw dust and debris outward into the bin while routing cleaner air to the filter. When the separator becomes clogged with packed lint, cracks, or wears out, the PowerForce loses pickup and pushes more dust through to the filter and exhaust.
