Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell Sole Plate Assembly (Part #203-2189), also called the bottom plate, is the underside cover of the brushroll housing on Bissell PowerGroom upright vacuums. It guides airflow at the floor, holds the correct gap between the brushroll and the carpet or hard floor, and protects the internal belt and roller area. A cracked, warped, or missing sole plate causes inconsistent contact with the floor, suction leaks, and uneven cleaning.
