Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell handle tube is the long upper pole of the SpinWave mop, connecting the grip at the top to the spinning pad base below. It gives the mop its reach and rigidity and routes the control wiring down to the cleaning head (Part #164-1105).

If the original tube has bent, cracked, or split at a joint, the mop feels flimsy and can lose its electrical connection to the pads. Installing a new handle tube restores a straight, solid shaft so the SpinWave handles like new and the spinning pads get consistent power.
