Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine replacement dirt cup for the Bissell Symphony all-in-one steam mop and vacuum. The Symphony combines steam mopping with floor vacuuming, and this dirt cup is the collection chamber that captures dry debris, dust, and crumbs as you clean — keeping the suction path clear so the unit picks up and steams in a single pass.

Over time dirt cups crack, warp, or lose their seal, which reduces suction and lets debris escape. Swapping in a fresh cup restores proper pickup and a tight fit back into the mop body.
