    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine Bissell lower handle assembly is the structural mid-section of the TurboClean carpet cleaner that links the upper grip to the cleaner body. It carries the steering load and routes hose and control connections through to the base of the machine (Part #164-4039).

    The lower handle absorbs the stress of every push and pull, so it commonly cracks at the joints or loosens where it bolts to the body. Replacing it restores a rigid backbone to the cleaner, eliminating wobble and keeping the upper handle, hose, and controls solidly anchored.
