Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine Bissell dirty tank float for the TurboClean Pet carpet cleaner. The float is the small assembly inside the recovery tank that rises with the soiled water level and triggers automatic suction shutoff once the tank is full — preventing overflow into the motor and protecting the machine from water damage.

A missing, stuck, or broken float can cause the cleaner to keep running past capacity or to lose suction. This factory replacement restores reliable full-tank shutoff behavior.
